Why now? There are too many competing initiatives already in progress and our resources are stretched...

The time demanded of individual employees is very limited. We do all of the heavy lifting, especially in the initial phase where we are identifying and quantifying any opportunities from primary data sources. Subsequent activity is informed by the certain knowledge of the savings available, and the timescales and resources required. We can also deliver and implement for you, typically within just 30 days.
